The Practice of Presence is about coming alive to this present moment, wherever we are, without changing our conditions. These workshops will provide practical guidance on how to seek daily what we truly desire behind all the urgencies and obligations of our lives: contact with our own immediate inner truth. While the practices explored are rooted in the Jewish and Christian tradition, the Society welcomes adherents of all faiths or those who have no faith at all to these workshops.
